**Multiple Lead / Senior & Business Analysts opportunities, Lloyds Market Insurer - permanent, London 2 days a week ** (Must have insurance experience)

DVF Recruitment have just won a huge Programme of work as exclusive search partners for one of the London Markets leading Insurance firms who are looking to build out teams for their TPO expansion, guidewire integration and enterprise technology initiatives underneath the Global CIO (and SVP of Technology).

They are looking to recruit Lead / Senior & Business Analysts to join the specialty Business Change and Transformation team. They officially have the title of the largest transformation programme in this current insurance market integrating multiple organisations, revamping their whole Underwriting Workbench, a HUGE Divestment / Run-off project and Finance transformations. This is all leading to their global plan to double revenue by 2028. The last three years they have witnessed 300% growth year on year.

The ideal candidate should have:
3 years or more of experience in business analysis (solution driven)
Lloyd's market experience is a MUST
Have a passion for driving change and transformation projects.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
