Key Responsibilities:
Lead a team of data and business analysts.
Analyse performance data and customer feedback to produce monthly insight reports.
Prepare business cases for service improvements and manage related projects.
Develop and implement process maps and maintain the Property Services Manual.
Drive change management culture and review processes for business and technical suitability.
Ensure processes meet best practice, regulatory, and legal standards.
Create ownership and accountability of processes across the directorate and wider Group.

The Person
Lean/Six Sigma qualification or equivalent experience.
Recent project management experience.
Knowledge of Housing Sector software such as Capita Open Housing, Northgate, or MIS ActiveH.
Excellent IT skills with MS Office applications and Office 365.
Strong stakeholder management and customer service skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Highly organised, able to multi-task and manage competing priorities.
Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle for business use.
