Job Title: Senior Business Analyst
Location: London (Hybrid - 2-3 days per week in-office)
Industry: Specialty MGA / Insurance

We are working with a Specialty MGA to appoint a Senior Business Analyst to support critical integration and transformation initiatives following a series of strategic acquisitions.

This is a high-impact role focused on bridging business strategy and change delivery across key operational functions.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Proven experience as a Business Analyst within the insurance sector
Deep understanding of the insurance value chain (underwriting, claims, reinsurance, etc.)
Strong stakeholder management and communication capabilities
Skilled in business analysis methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and documentation best practices
Proficient with tools such as Jira, Confluence, BPMN, and Visio
Immediately available
