Senior Business Analyst - Wealth Platform Implementation

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to lead key workstreams and change initiatives within large-scale implementation programmes in the financial services sector. This role requires a strong understanding of operational and front-to-back office processes, and the ability to work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver business-ready solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead analysis and solution design for operational and front/middle office workflows

• Collaborate with clients to define policies, structures, and procedures post-implementation

• Coordinate with data conversion, configuration, and solution teams to support delivery

• Define and deliver business readiness activities in line with project governance

• Identify gaps, propose improvements, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts

• Manage key stakeholder relationships and communicate risks, progress, and dependencies

• Support testing activities and readiness criteria to ensure successful go-live

Ideal Candidate:

• Background in wealth management, private banking, or financial services

• Proven experience across project lifecycles, including business analysis and change delivery

• Skilled at working in ambiguous environments with a proactive mindset

• Familiarity with Agile delivery and platform-based technologies

• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills

• Detail-oriented with the ability to see the bigger picture

• Professional certifications (e.g., Agile PM, Prince2) are a plus
