Job Description - Senior Business Development Manager

This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading IT Services business as they continue to grow.

We are excited to offer an opportunity to become a key member of our clients growing team. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our success by bringing in new business and closing qualified leads generated by our lead generation and accounts teams.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's client base and market presence.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the needs of potential and existing clients
  • Achieve Monthly Revenue targets as set by the business.
  • Represent the client and gain an understanding on how our solutions could meet organisations needs across all vertical sectors.
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects through to closing the business.
  • Identify prospect's needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
  • Set up and deliver product demonstration meetings with prospective customers
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
  • Utilise tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn, and other platforms to record communications and maintain contact with potential and existing clients.
  • Work closely with BDR’s and Marketing to align messaging and ensure smooth lead handoffs.
  • Provide insights and suggestions to enhance the team’s strategies and support innovation.
  • Provide valuable feedback on market trends and client pain points to help shape our clients service proposition.
  • Represent the business at events, webinars, and trade shows to generate leads and increase brand visibility.

Requirements

· Proven experience within Business Development roles/s.

  • Knowledge of the IT sector, best practices, and MSP operations
  • A natural relationship builder confident in prospecting at senior levels within customer businesses.
  • Passionate about contributing to team success
  • Eager to join an innovative and forward-thinking team
  • Flexible and open to dynamic work environments
  • Process-oriented with a focus on efficiency
  • Proficient in IT and experienced with CRM systems
  • Analytical mindset for effective problem-solving and decision-making
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written communication
  • Have a strong work ethic and a genuine desire to exceed targets.
  • Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills.
