Our client are seeking a dynamic Senior Business Development Manager to lead strategic growth in delivering inclusive vehicle solutions to local authorities, community transport providers, educational institutions, and the NHS.

The role will include understanding routes to market, and what competitors are doing and how you can differentiate their offering to the market place.

Key Responsibilities:

• Forge and nurture high-impact partnerships across public sector organisations.
• Navigate public procurement processes, including tenders and framework agreements.
  

• Lead business development initiatives, from identifying opportunities to closing deals.

• Collaborate with manufacturers and conversion specialists to offer tailored mobility solutions

• Champion their mission to enhance community accessibility through innovative transport solutions.

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven track record in business development within public sector services, ideally within mobility / fleet.

• In-depth understanding of public sector procurement and funding mechanisms.

• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

• Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to driving growth and impact.
