Role Profile:

Are you a results-driven Business Development professional with experience in the healthcare or medical supplies sector? Do you thrive on building long-term client relationships and driving significant revenue growth?

We are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to join a leading Healthcare Distributor that supplies critical products and solutions to healthcare providers across the UK, with the head office based in the North West. With national responsibility, you'll be instrumental in identifying new opportunities, managing key accounts, and expanding our client base across both public and private healthcare sectors.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Develop and execute a national sales strategy to drive new business within the healthcare sector
• Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing high-value deals
• Build strong, consultative relationships with procurement teams, C-Suite professionals and key stakeholders
• Identify growth opportunities in existing accounts and maximise revenue potential
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored product solutions and exceptional service

What We're Looking For

• Proven track record in B2B sales - ideally within healthcare, medical, or related sectors
• Strong hunter mentality - comfortable identifying, pursuing, and closing new business
• Experience managing large, complex accounts across multiple regions
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to travel nationally as required (full UK driving licence essential)
