Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify and win new business across air, sea, and road freight services

• Build and nurture long-term relationships with decision-makers across multiple sectors

• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to onboarding

• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored, end-to-end logistics solutions

• Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets and KPIs

• Maintain accurate activity and pipeline reports via the company CRM

Requirements:

• Proven track record in freight forwarding sales (multimodal experience preferred)

• Established network and confidence dealing with senior stakeholders

• Results-driven with a consistent history of meeting sales targets

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a wider team
