As Senior BDM, you’ll be responsible for:

• Identifying and converting new business opportunities within the international freight market (air, sea, and road)

• Managing and developing a personal pipeline of mid-to-large clients

• Demonstrating technical expertise in logistics to deliver tailored freight solutions

• Working cross-functionally with operations and customer service to ensure service excellence

• Attending client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities

• 3-5+ years of proven success in international freight forwarding sales

• A strong personal network and a demonstrable record of exceeding targets

• Excellent knowledge of global logistics, multimodal freight, and supply chain operations

• Confidence, credibility, and consultative sales skills to win and grow client accounts

• £50,000 base salary + Uncapped Commission (Realistic OTE £80k+)
