About the Role
Reporting to Kerv’s Head of Marketing, we are looking for a Senior Business Development Representative, with a demonstrable understanding of driving new business growth and generating qualified pipeline.
You will play a key role in driving new business growth across the contact centre and CX practice for Kerv. You will focus on generating leads, building pipeline, engaging senior stakeholders, mentoring junior members of the team and partnering closely with Marketing & Sales to execute targeted account strategies.
You will be supported by one of the most recognised and respected brands in the Customer Experience market. Genesys has been a market leader for more than a decade, powering customer engagement for some of the world's largest organisations and continuing to lead innovation across AI, automation and customer experience transformation.
Kerv has a track record of generating high-quality demand through a mature marketing and lead generation function. The team delivers a comprehensive programme of virtual and in-person events, thought leadership, customer success stories, digital campaigns, and industry-focused content that consistently generates market interest and creates opportunities for the sales team. This role provides the platform, support, and market credibility needed to build meaningful relationships and create significant pipeline opportunities.
