The Opportunity

Stone Tide Recruitment is working with an established and growing healthcare technology company looking to appoint an ambitious Senior Business Development Representative to support its continued expansion across the UK.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys winning new business, building relationships and opening doors.

There is also a clear opportunity to progress into a Business Development Manager (BDM) role within 12 months, based on performance.

Who We're Looking For

You only need experience in ONE of the following areas to be considered:

*

SaaS / Software Sales – Business Development Representatives, Sales Development Representatives or other new business sales professionals.

*

Healthcare Technology / Digital Health – Sales professionals with experience in healthcare software, digital health or technology solutions.

*

Medical Technology / MedTech – Individuals with a sales or business development background in medical technology, medical devices or related markets.

*

Recruitment – Recruitment Consultants from any sector who enjoy generating new business and want to transition into technology sales. Experience recruiting within healthcare, MedTech, digital health or SaaS would be particularly welcome.

You do NOT need experience across all these sectors. Experience in any ONE of them could make you an excellent fit.

Equally, previous NHS sales experience is not essential.

What matters most is your ability to build relationships, generate opportunities, communicate confidently and demonstrate the ambition to progress.

What You'll Be Doing

*

Identifying and engaging potential customers across the NHS, private healthcare and wider UK healthcare market.

*

Building relationships with senior decision-makers and key stakeholders.

*

Generating new business opportunities through outbound calls, email, LinkedIn and strategic prospecting.

*

Understanding customer challenges and identifying where technology solutions can add value.

*

Qualifying opportunities and collaborating with the wider sales and marketing teams.

*

Developing the commercial knowledge and skills needed to progress into a BDM position.

Comfortable with outbound prospecting and picking up the phone.

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Genuine ambition to develop a long-term career in business development.

We're interested in commercial ability and potential, not just the industry you've worked in.
