One of the world’s leading international law firms is seeking to hire a Senior Business Development Specialist on a permanent basis.

• £70,000 - £90,000

This newly created role will report into the Associate Business Director for London, and directly support the Private Equity, Mergers & Acquisition practice with achieving their BD plans. This is a stand alone role with no line management responsibilities however you be able to collaborate with healthy size BD, Events & Marketing team in the London office.

The Senior Business Development Specialist Role

You will collaborate considerably with BD colleagues across practices and with counterparts across Europe and the US, supporting the day-to-day London BD operations, and assist the Associate Director with tracking marketing spend and year-on-year evaluations and end-of-year budgeting.

This opportunity offers autonomy to take the lead in supporting the firm’s Private Equity and M&A practice group in London on all business development activities and supporting strategies.

You will take a hands-on approach and assist with the preparation of marketing materials, credential documents, flyers, and brochures etc. and take the lead on preparing pitch presentations and support business-planning activities and briefing partners before client meetings.

The ideal candidate will be degree educated, have 5+ years’ experience in a similar role within a law firm, will be highly motivated, with a genuine interest or enthusiasm to develop an in-depth understanding of the Private Capital sector.
