We're looking for a?hands-on Senior Buyer with fresh produce experience ?to manage supplier relationships, deliver customer-focused procurement plans, and ensure the smooth flow of defined fresh produce categories. Based on-site, you'll work closely with Sales, Supply Chain, and Procurement teams to ensure customers receive consistent, high-quality service.

This role blends?account management and procurement - a varied position for someone commercially aware, organised, and proactive.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Managing fresh produce procurement and supplier relationships

• Communicating daily with customers and growers

• Developing and maintaining procurement plans to maximise profitability

• Monitoring stock levels and ensuring efficient rotation

• Leading customer and grower projects, including visits and onboarding new suppliers

• Advising Directors on commercial activity and market developments

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in?fresh produce procurement

• Strong?commercial awareness?and ability to manage customer expectations

• Excellent planning, organisational, and communication skills

• Ability to analyse data and translate it into actionable plans
