Senior Buyer - Homewares | North West | Value Retail | Salary up to £70k

A leading value retailer is looking for a Senior Buyer to join their Homeware team. This is a key role for someone who thrives on product trading, collaborating closely with Merchandising and Marketing to create seasonal ranges that deliver on style, value and performance.

• Lead the planning and delivery of Homeware ranges, aligned with trading and marketing calendars.

• Build strong supplier relationships, negotiate costs and attend buying/trade trips as needed.

• Present ranges to senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment with commercial goals.

• Collaborate with Merchandising and Marketing on product launches and promotional activity.

• Manage and develop a small team, ensuring smooth delivery through the critical path.

• Proven experience as a Senior Buyer or equivalent, ideally within Homeware.

• Commercially driven, confident trading product in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Strong team leadership and supplier negotiation skills.

• Comfortable with seasonality and working across the full product lifecycle.

• A Senior Buyer who enjoys collaboration, pace, and making things happen.
