Location: London, United Kingdom (Hybrid 2-3 days in the office per week)

Role Overview:

As a Principal C# Software Engineer, you will play a curial role in designing, developing, and maintaining the financial software products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet there clients needs. Your expertise in C# development, along with your experience with Chat GPT and other modern tools, will be essential in driving there projects forward.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software applications using C#
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver robust software solutions
Utilise Chat GPT and other modern tools to enhance software development processes and outcomes
Lead technical discussions and provide mentorship to junior developers
Ensure software quality through code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation within the team
Participate in agile development processes, contributing to sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives

Requirements:

Extensive experience in C# Development with a strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming
Proven track record of designing and building complex software systems
Experience with Chat GPT and other modern development tools and frameworks
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment, with 2-3 days a week in the office

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the finance or fintech industry
Knowledge of cloud computing specifically AWS
Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools
Experience with microservices architect
