Location: Woolton, Liverpool (L25)

Salary: £14.00 per hour

Hours: Nights - 33 hours per week - 12 hour shifts

We are leading the search for a Senior Care Assistant to join a specialist dementia care service that caters to 45 residents with a good CQC report!

The service is modern, well equipped and ran by an exceptional leadership team who are clinically astute and knowledgeable ensuring your role as Senior Care Assistant is seamless.

Your Duties as a Senior Care Assistant:

• Leading your own dedicated care team
• Personalised care planning
• Assist with the delivery of training
• Mentor and guide the staff on a daily basis

Skills and experience required for the Senior Care Assistant role:

• Excellent communication and written skills
• Previous experience working within elderly care
• Ability to work on your own initiative
• Previous supervisory experience in a care/nursing home setting
• NVQ level 2 in health and social care
