Vacancy: Senior Care Assistant (NVQ3)

Location: Bagillt (North Wales)

Pay Rate: £13.30 to £13.90 + Benefits

Hours: 37.5hr contract (07.00-14.30 or 14.30 to 21.30 on rota)

Avon Search & Selection has an excellent opportunity for a Senior Care Assistant or an experienced Healthcare Assistant wishing to progress their career to the next level, with this fantastic family run care home.

As the Senior Care Assistant you will be required to ensure the delivery of top quality care for the residents and develop and review care plans to meet the residents’ changing needs.

You must show warmth, support and understanding to the residents and their families. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of patient issues and will show willingness to promote independence, well-being, dignity and to enhancing the lives of the residents.
