Job Description - Senior Care Coordinator

The Senior Care Coordinator will oversee the coordination of care services, ensuring efficient support for clients and staff. This role is based in Wokingham and requires excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail.

Profile

A successful Senior Care Coordinator should have:

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
