Tezlom Healthcare is recruiting experienced Senior Carers to pick up flexible bank shifts in a care home based in Hampton, TW12, London

This is a zero-hours contract, offering the flexibility to choose shifts that suit your availability and fit around your existing commitments

Key Responsibilities

*

Assisting the nurse with medication administration and related duties within the care home

*

Providing personal care and support to residents, including assistance with washing, dressing, toileting and daily living activities

*

Promoting residents' dignity, independence and wellbeing at all times

*

Following care plans, medication procedures and health and safety guidelines

*

Maintaining accurate care records and reporting any concerns to the nurse in charge

*

Working closely with nurses and other care staff to deliver high-quality care

Requirements

*

Previous experience as a Senior Carer in a care home setting is essential

*

Experience in medication administration is essential, as you will be assisting the nurse with medication duties

*

Experience providing personal care to residents

*

NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Health and Social Care is advantageous but not essential

*

Valid Enhanced DBS certificate or willingness to obtain one

*

Full set of mandatory training certificates or willingness to complete the required training

*

Good communication skills, reliability and a caring, professional approach
