Salary: £44,297- £49,813 pa, with potential for further progression to £56,082 with our pay progression scheme.
Location: Hybrid
Contracted to our Wilmslow office
Our Wilmslow office will be relocating to Manchester city centre from 28 September 2026. Once the move takes place your contracted office will be Circle Square, Manchester. Through hybrid working we offer flexible home and office-based working opportunities and there will be times when you will be expected to attend the office to collaborate with colleagues or travel due to business need.”

Job summary
The work of the Senior Case Officer BCR and International Transfers includes assisting with the timely and thorough review of international transfer instruments and liaising externally with BCR applicants and stakeholders concerning application and compliance of organisations with international transfer instruments, in particular Binding Corporate Rules (BCR).
Job description
Under UK data protection legislation, organisations are permitted to transfer data outside the UK using a number of tools including, using BCRs and other international transfer instruments.
The ICO has an important role in assessing BCR applications and the use of other instruments by data controllers and processors including multi-national organisations and joint enterprises.
