Our client is looking for a Senior Cash & Banking Controller to join a fast-paced, market-leading services business and take ownership of their cash management operations.

This isn't just about reconciling numbers - it's about leading best practice, building strong client relationships, mentoring your team, and making sure every process is watertight.

What You'll Be Doing

• Own the cash flow - Ensure every penny is allocated, reconciled, and managed to perfection.
• Lead from the front - Mentor, coach, and inspire the cash & banking team.
• Be the problem-solver - Unpick unallocated funds, resolve issues fast, and keep accounts in the black.
• Deliver excellence - Meet SLAs, hit KPIs, and keep clients impressed.
• Shape the process - Work with management to make things faster, smarter, and more secure.
• Be the go-to expert - Advise stakeholders, support audits, and ensure compliance every step of the way.

What We're Looking For

• AAT/CIMA / ACCA qualified (or working towards it) - or plenty of equivalent hands-on experience.
• Proven success in cash & banking operations, ideally in property or a related sector.
• Laser-focused attention to detail and a love for accuracy.
• A confident communicator who can work with everyone from junior staff to senior stakeholders.
• Organised, proactive, and unflappable under pressure.
• Tech-savvy - strong MS Office skills, and ideally experience with systems like Trace Tramps, Yardi, or Qube Horizon.
