This is an exciting time to join our growing catering team! We are in the process of developing our catering structure across our Parks portfolio. You will be a key part of our fast-growing parks team offering new and exciting commercial services to over 2.5 million visitors that visit the Parks each year. 

We are looking for a Senior Catering Assistant who understands the importance of service and quality. You will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service to our many visitors, making their day enjoyable by assisting them with knowledge of our products, promotion of our services and ensuring a clean and safe environment.  With your previous experience in food preparation and service; you will be preparing daily menu choices, organising and producing specials and catering for events.    

You will be responsible for supporting the Operational Catering Manager and Area Manager in menu planning and responding to customer/seasonal demand. You will also have an excellent understanding of food hygiene standards (qualified to CIEH Level 2 Food Hygiene in Catering) and be responsible for assisting with procurement and stock control.
