Cecconi's Bicester...

Enzo Cecconi, the youngest-ever general manager of hotel Cipriani in Venice, opened Cecconi’s in London’s Mayfair in 1978. It became part of the Soho House family in 2004 and in 2022 we opened in Bicester Village, the first Cecconi’s outside of London. Serving handmade artisanal pizzas, fresh seafood, seasonal dishes and cicchetti.

The Role… 

We are seeking an experienced Senior Chef De Partie, to join our team at Cecconi's Bicester (OX26 6WD). Your main responsibility is to ensure that the food we deliver to our members and guests is of the highest quality. This includes preparing food before service, setting up and stocking kitchen stations and plating to company standards.

What we are looking for in a Senior Chef De Partie...

• 1-2 years’ experience in a busy high-profile kitchen in a similar senior role


• Team player who communicates well with all colleagues


• Punctual, reliable and trustworthy


• Sense of urgency


• Yes, yes, yes mentality


• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment


• Have a genuine passion for food and beverage


• Flexible and available to working both opening and closing shifts when required

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to seize, grasp, turn and hold objects by hand


• Able to work on your feet for at least 8 hours


• Occasionally kneel, bend, crouch and climb as required

Expected working hours for a Senior Chef De Partie:

• Varying shift times across the seven days, to include working evenings, weekends, opens & closes 


• Average hours 32-45 hours per week
