THE OPPORTUNITY​

We're looking for hospitality experts to join our East London kitchen team.​

Our teams work hard to produce seasonal menus working with some of London's best suppliers (Natoora Flock & Herd Wild Farmed Fin & Flounder). Our goal is to be 0% waste in our kitchens, currently running at 2-3%. We achieve this through fermenting pickling and reusing our bi-waste (turning waste barista milk in to ricotta and baking our vegetables in waste coffee grounds!)

We're looking for someone with previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment and an eagerness to continue learning, to work alongside our highly motivated and enthusiastic team.​

ABOUT YOU:

  Minimum 2 years kitchen experience.  


• 
  Positive and personable.  


• 
  Passion for working sustainably.

  Good personal presentation and hygiene.

  Ability to work under pressure.

  Ability to maintain a clean section.  


• 
  Broad range of knowledge of cooking terminology, techniques & ingredients
