An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Senior Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team of a prestigious 5-star luxury hotel, home to a highly regarded 2 Rosette restaurant.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate chef looking to develop their career within a high-end environment, working with exceptional ingredients and a friendly, supportive team.

- Salary of up to £40,000, depending on experience

About you:

Previous experience as a Senior Chef de Partie or strong Chef de Partie within a high-end hotel, restaurant or fine dining environment
Essential: strong fine dining experience
Essential: French cuisine experience
Passionate about food, quality and presentation
Strong understanding of kitchen standards and section management
Confident working independently on your section
Professional, organised and able to work well under pressure
A positive, hands-on approach and genuine passion for hospitality
