We are looking for experienced Senior Chef de Partie or Kitchen Leader to join the team at Informa, Blackfriars!

Rate: £14.50 - £15.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Shifts: Mon- Fri/ No weekends

Contract: Full Time/ Permanent

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day running of the kitchen, ensuring high standards

of food quality, safety, and consistency. You will work closely with the team to maintain smooth operations

during service, support with prep and delivery, and uphold all food safety and hygiene procedures.

The successful candidate will lead by example, support the development of junior chefs, and help create a positive and motivated kitchen environment that delivers great results and an excellent customer experience.

The ideal candidates will have experience working as a Senior Chef de Partie or Kitchen Leader within a fast-paced, high volume kitchen.
