Senior children's residential worker

Job Title: Senior Support Worker - Children's Residential
Location: Spalding
Salary: £32,203 - £33,420 per annum (includes £3,000 for minimum 4 sleeps per month)
Hours: 39 per week (long days plus sleep-ins)
Driving: Full UK Driving Licence required

We are looking for an experienced, resilient, and nurturing Senior Support Worker to join my clients children's residential home, supporting young people with complex emotional and behavioural needs.

What We're Looking For:

• 
  Minimum 12 months' experience in children's residential care
• 
  Level 3 qualification in Residential Childcare

• Knowledge of therapeutic, child-centred approaches
• 
  Excellent communication, flexibility, empathy, and resilience
• 
  Willingness to work shifts and sleep-ins
• 
  Full UK Driving Licence
