• Overseeing and supervising civil engineering projects, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
• Managing project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
• Providing technical leadership and guidance to junior engineers and site staff
• Preparing and reviewing detailed engineering designs, plans, and specifications
• Collaborating with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies
• Conducting site inspections and assessments to ensure project requirements are met
• Identifying and mitigating potential risks associated with civil engineering projects
• Ensuring all projects adhere to health and safety regulations and industry standards

• Significant experience in civil engineering, with a focus on utilities and water projects
• Proven expertise in PTS Civils - Sub Agent, Civils Supervisory, and Civil Engineering roles
• Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and practices
• Excellent project management and organisational skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools
• Ability to lead and work effectively within a team
• Relevant engineering degree or equivalent qualification
