An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join a respected multidisciplinary consultancy delivering innovative infrastructure, highways, drainage, and sustainable design projects across the UK.

In this varied and rewarding role, you'll take ownership of civil design delivery, coordinate across multi-disciplinary teams, and ensure projects meet both technical and regulatory standards. You'll also play a key role in mentoring junior engineers, driving design quality, and contributing to a collaborative, forward-thinking culture.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and delivery of infrastructure, highways, and drainage schemes.

Coordinate with clients, architects, and other disciplines to achieve integrated project solutions.

Prepare detailed designs using Civil 3D and 3D modelling tools.

Ensure compliance with design codes, planning requirements, and CDM 2015.

Identify opportunities for sustainable design and value engineering.

Contribute to project bids and business development where required.

Support the professional development of junior team members.

Requirements

Degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).

Around 5-10 years' experience within a design consultancy environment.

Proficiency in Civil 3D and 3D modelling.

Progressing towards or holding ICE membership.

Strong communication and organisational skills.

Full UK driving licence and own transport.
