You'll take technical ownership of design delivery, coordinate with project teams, and play a key part in driving innovation, quality, and sustainable design. Key Responsibilities

Manage and deliver multiple civil engineering projects on time and within budget.

Lead detailed designs for highways, drainage, and infrastructure using 3D modelling software.

Ensure all work meets current standards, legislation, and client expectations.

Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams throughout all project stages.

Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers.

Support bids, proposals, and business development through technical input.

Requirements

Degree in Civil Engineering (BEng/MEng or equivalent).

Significant experience in highways, drainage, or infrastructure design.

Competent in Civil 3D or similar design tools.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Proven ability to manage projects from concept to completion.

Full UK driving licence.
