As a Senior Civil Engineer, you will play a pivotal role throughout the entire project lifecycle, from land acquisition to construction and operation. Youll be part of a close-knit engineering team collaborating with architects, project managers, buyers, and construction personnel.
The ideal candidate will have:
A registered Chartered Engineer (CEng) or be working towards.
A minimum BEng(Hons) in Civil/Structural Engineering (or equivalent).
Ability to act as a Lead Civil Engineer with minimal supervision.
Sound knowledge of relevant design codes and guidance documents.
Experience in managing the application of statutory agreements.
A strong technical ability and commercial awareness.
Preferable to have good experience of using Autodesk software.

Key responsibilities:
Design roads, car parking, drainage, hard landscaping and temporary works.
Produce earthworks details and calculate cut/fill quantities.
Lead liaison with external bodies for drainage and highway section agreements.
Liaise with contractors for earthworks, demolition, remediation, drainage connections, diversions, and highway works.
Liaise with geo-environmental consultants for site investigations, remediation, materials management and site validation.
