Are you looking for a flexible role combining technically challenging work with hybrid working, flexible hours and fully funded support towards chartership, within an established business entering its next phase of growth? In this role, you will oversee civil engineering projects from initial concept through to completion. The portfolio spans major infrastructure developments valued at up to £150 million, rail and transport schemes, historic building restorations and high-rise developments. You will develop and review designs, drawings and calculations, coordinate project delivery and work closely with clients, stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams. You will also provide technical guidance to junior engineers, with occasional visits to client sites. Established for nearly 60 years and operating across six UK offices, this specialist civil and structural engineering consultancy has built a strong reputation for delivering complex projects across a diverse range of sectors. Following a period of development and transition, the business is investing in its continued growth, creating opportunities for experienced engineers to take greater responsibility and advance their careers. This role would suit a Senior Civil Engineer seeking technical ownership, a varied project portfolio and a clear pathway towards Principal or Associate level, supported by ongoing specialist training and fully funded chartership.
