My client is seeking an experienced and driven Senior Civil/Commercial Litigator to join their dynamic and forward-thinking law firm based in the heart of Sevenoaks. This is a rare opportunity for a talented litigator to step into a senior role with a clear path to becoming Head of Department within two years and strong potential for future partnership.

The Role:
You will manage a diverse caseload of civil and commercial litigation matters, acting for a broad range of clients across various sectors. While not essential, experience in employment law would be an advantage. You’ll be a key contributor to the continued growth of our litigation team, mentoring and playing an active role in the strategic development of the department.

What We’re Looking For:

• A minimum of 7+ years’ PQE in civil and/or commercial litigation
• A strong track record of managing complex disputes from start to resolution
• Excellent client care and advocacy skills
• The ambition and leadership ability to head up a department within two years
• Employment law experience is desirable but not essential
