Senior Claims Handler - Casualty

I am working on a Claims Handler to join my client who is a Global Insurer. They offer great career progression, they provide quality training and have a great culture to work in.

Responsibilities:

• Desktop technical handling of UK and European Real Estate Casualty Claims
• Liaising with the insured, insurers, brokers and any other stakeholders to ensure optimum customer service
• Liaising with both our UK and European Casualty Adjusters and Account Management Teams
• Account management
• Invoicing

Requirements:

• Experience of handling a caseload of Casualty Claims
• Handled UK claims and be comfortable with the relevant protocols
• undertaking desktop investigations into casualty claims with a view to establishing policy coverage, reserves and legal liability on both a delegated and non-delegated basis
