JPC By Samsic is a leading provider of professional cleaning services in the UK. We are currently seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Senior Cleaning Supervisor to join our team and help us maintain our high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

As a Senior Cleaning Supervisor, you will oversee a team of 16 cleaning operatives, ensuring that they follow established cleaning procedures and use the appropriate equipment and products. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients and for ensuring that our services meet their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise a team of cleaning staff, including scheduling and assigning tasks, providing training, and conducting performance evaluations.

• Inspect and ensure that all areas of the facility are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.

• Monitor cleaning supplies and equipment, and order additional supplies as needed.

• Ensure that all cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and company policies are followed.

• Train new employees on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service standards.

• Respond to customer complaints or concerns and resolve them in a timely and professional manner.

• Maintain open communication with clients, ensuring their expectations are met and exceeded.

• Conduct regular quality checks to ensure high standards of cleanliness are maintained.

• Create and maintain cleaning schedules and checklists for different areas of the facility.

• Monitor and report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate departments.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, procedures, and equipment.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
