The Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum of 2 year’s experience in Lettings Client Accounting roles
• Experience working in a similar sized growing organisation
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Office, Xero/Sage Line 50
• Familiarity with Reapit is welcome but not essential
• Good knowledge of financial management and reporting
• Thorough understanding of property related accounts processes
• Experience processing banking payments (BACS or manual payments)
• Excellent eye for attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong analytical skills and confidence with data analysis
• Problem solver with the ability to take ownership and resolve issues internally and externally
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team - confident phone manner
• Structured, disciplined, energetic, and committed to continuous improvement

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Provide support to Head of Client Accounts, and partial cover of Lettings Forecast and banking payments, and exchanges process during Head of Client Accounts’ AL or meetings

• Assist in preparation of weekly and monthly client accounting reports

• Assist with answering incoming internal and external queries (tenants, landlords, suppliers)

• Assist with Non-Resident Landlord tax set up & payment, and distribution of regulatory statements • Review and process supplier payments and bank statements, ensuring compliance with internal processes

• Help in receipting cash inflows in line with AML regulations and setting up payments

• Review contractor commissions, third party invoices, and raise invoices
