£25,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission | OTE £45,000–£50,000+

What You’ll Be Doing

  Win new instructions: Generate and book valuations, value properties and bring them to market

  Deliver exceptional service: Build trusted relationships and guide clients through every stage of the sales process

  Drive sales & progression: Negotiate offers, manage pipelines and keep clients fully updated

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a motivated, experienced professional (around 5+ years in estate agency) who can confidently list, negotiate and represent clients at the highest level. You will:
