A growing climate-tech business at the forefront of heat networks, renewable energy, and utilities infrastructure is looking for a Senior SaaS Client Relationship Manager to manage and develop strategic enterprise and public-sector accounts.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in SaaS Customer Success, Client Relationship Management, or Account Management, ideally within the energy, utilities, district heating, or climate-tech sectors.

You'll own key client relationships, drive platform adoption, improve customer retention, identify commercial opportunities, and act as the voice of the customer across product, operations, and commercial teams.

What you'll be doing

* Managing strategic SaaS accounts across heat networks, utilities, housing associations, local authorities and energy providers.

* Driving customer adoption of software supporting heat metering, billing, energy efficiency and network optimisation.

* Acting as the senior escalation point for client issues, ensuring exceptional customer outcomes.

* Identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts through additional services and SaaS solutions.

* Supporting customer onboarding, contract delivery, billing and compliance within regulated environments.

* Working closely with Product, Engineering and Operations to improve customer experience and platform performance.

* Maintaining CRM records, forecasts and commercial pipelines.

* Mentoring and supporting a junior Client Relationship Manager.

What we're looking for

* 5+ years' experience in Customer Success, Client Relationship Management, Account Management or SaaS.

* Experience managing enterprise or public-sector customers.

* Strong commercial awareness with a proven ability to identify growth opportunities.

* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

* Highly organised with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

* Experience working within utilities, energy, district heating, renewable energy or climate-tech would be highly advantageous.

Desirable

* Experience with heat networks, utility billing platforms, energy management systems or metering software.

* Contract management experience.

* Experience in a fast-growing SaaS or technology business.

* Previous line management or mentoring experience.
