Are you an experienced customer service professional ready to take the next step into a leadership-support role without formal line management? Join our client as a Senior Client Services Coordinator and help them deliver a gold-standard experience for their global customers.

As a Senior Client Services Coordinator, you’ll be a key member of the frontline team, handling complex enquiries, guiding colleagues, and contributing to operational excellence. You’ll combine hands-on service delivery with behind-the-scenes project and process support to drive continuous improvement across the Client Services function.

As a Senior Client Services Coordinator, your duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Handling escalated and complex enquiries across phone, email, and chat (approx. 20–30% of your time).
  • Coaching and supporting team members through day-to-day guidance and knowledge sharing.
  • Helping improve service delivery by identifying process enhancements and simplifying the customer journey.
  • Supporting onboarding and training activities for new advisors.
  • Contributing to internal projects, maintaining knowledge bases, and ensuring data quality.
  • Monitoring team activity and escalating service risks or issues as needed.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure aligned and responsive customer support.

To be a successful Senior Client Services Coordinator you must have:

  • A strong background in customer service or enquiry-based environments
  • Experience supporting teams through leadership, coaching, or mentoring
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • The ability to use data and insights to drive performance and service quality
  • Proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems (ideally Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and confident managing priorities
