Job Description - Senior Client Services Coordinator

WHAT IS ON OFFER


Alfred H Knight has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Client Services Coordinator to join our team in Dundonald, UK. The primary responsibility of this role is to organise AHKES solid fuel laboratory related appointments. In this role, you must ensure that a professional level of service is maintained and succeeded at all times and you will be responsible for meeting client expectations whilst accurately reporting on results and operations in a timely manner. 



On a day to day you will liaise with the relevant stakeholders to ensure that client appointments are fulfilled with the reporting of operations and documents in a timely manner, whilst identifying methods to standardise, streamline and improve service levels.  You will also be required to authorise analytical certificates, train the team on the routine roles and responsibilities of the Client Services Coordinators along with supervision, assessment and preliminary feedback on these day-to-day tasks. 



The secondary responsibility of this role is where required/ necessary to provide technical and operation support and coverage within the client services team.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND WORK EXPERIENCE 



Required Competencies



  • Strong Communication skills

  • Adaptable, particularly with regards to workload and changing situations, deadlines and priorities

  • Pro-active mindset and ability to “think ahead” 

  • Possess a keen eye for detail and continuously strive for perfection 

  • Ability to work and perform well under pressure

  • Possess good operational skills and ability to thrive within a fast-paced, intense environment

  • Knowledge of analytical content and industry standard methods (such as ISO and ASTM)

  • A team player who looks to support colleagues and, management and the needs of the business 

  • Good comprehension of IT, systems, G-suite and Microsoft packages

  • A problem solver who thrives within a fast- paced environment



Required Work Experience



  • Experience within the day-to-day fast paced operational environment

  • Experience within client services, a commercial or technical environment and knowledge of the associated procedures/ processes is preferred

  • Previous experience within the solid fuels industry and an appreciation of the associated operational procedures is advantageous



Travel 



  • Must be available and willing to work overtime and weekends on occasion as necessary to meet business needs/ requirements
