Senior Director of Client Services - Social-first Creative Agency (start-up) - £95-100k DOE

The Agency

My client is an award-winning creative agency working with huge brands within the consumer space!

The Role

• Drive revenue growth with new and existing clients

• Use CRM tools (Salesforce a plus) to track contracts, invoicing, and performance

• Build strong client relationships from coordinator to CMO, uncovering needs and goals

• Deliver global campaigns and client solutions

• Lead cross-functional teams, promoting ownership and accountability

• Manage $5-10M+ accounts with expertise in multi-channel social marketing

• Make sound business decisions and manage priorities effectively

• Travel as needed for in-person client meetings

• Handle revenue forecasting and pipeline management

• Contribute to new business development and outreach

About You

• 10+ years in account/marketing, 3+ in management

• Bonus: Beauty and Tech experience

• Expert in social media and brand marketing

• Proven team builder and client grower

• Strong communicator with senior clients

• Skilled in tough conversations and problem-solving

• Experienced in new business and revenue growth

• Driven, adaptable, highly organized, and nice!
