They are currently recruiting Senior Clinical Negligence lawyers with 5+ years PQE to join either their Manchester or Liverpool offices. Your new role
This Senior Clinical Negligence Lawyer role will see you handle your own caseload of complex, higher-value clinical negligence claims (dependent on level of experience). You will work on allocated cases, responsible for liaising with clients and experts to ensure cases are conducted to a high standard. There may be a level of supervision in this role, where you may be asked to provide technical support to junior team members. Successful applicants will work alongside the Team Leader to help agree tactics and ensure that relevant information is being collected. You may be required to negotiate settlements as required.

What you'll need to succeed
You must be a qualified solicitor/CILEx with 5+ years of clinical negligence experience. Multi-track experience is essential. Excellent communication and organisation skills are essential. Previous experience negotiating settlements is preferable.
