This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced CO2 refrigeration engineer looking for a stable, varied role working across commercial and industrial refrigeration systems, with a company that offers strong benefits, career development and an excellent work-life balance. The Role You will be responsible for servicing, maintaining and repairing refrigeration systems while supporting key customer accounts across the region. Key responsibilities include: Service, maintain and repair refrigeration and air conditioning systems Carry out diagnostics and fault finding Build and maintain strong relationships with key account customers Assist with commissioning and handover of new installations Take responsibility for equipment maintenance under warranty Complete accurate service and repair documentation Support additional engineering duties as required by management About You We're looking for an experienced refrigeration engineer with: F-Gas Certification Level 3 NVQ in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Proven CO2 refrigeration experience Previous experience within the refrigeration industry Full UK Driving Licence A positive, committed and team-focused attitude Flexibility to travel across the South and South East, including London What's On Offer? £60,500 basic salary + overtime Overtime paid after 40 hours Paid door-to-door travel Company van with personal use option Fuel card and company phone Up to 36 days' annual leave AXA or Paycare healthcare Holiday buy-back scheme – sell up to 5 days Enhanced pension contributions up to 5% after 5 years £1,500 employee referral bonus Annual EOT bonus potential £150 on-call allowance per instance Ongoing training and career development Supportive, employee-owned company Why Join?
