The Senior Commercial Account Handler role:

• Support Account Executives in managing a portfolio of commercial clients.
• Assist with renewals, MTAs and new business development.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and underwriters.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring all queries are handled efficiently.
• Gain in-depth knowledge of a variety of commercial insurance products.

What we’re looking for:

• A solid background in commercial insurance broking, with broad technical knowledge across various product lines.
• Confident handling of complex, high-value corporate risks on a regular basis.
• Strong commercial insight and a clear understanding of the UK insurance landscape.
• Clear and professional communicator, both in writing and over the phone.
• Attentive and proactive approach to client conversations, with strong fact-finding ability.
• Well-organised and able to manage time and tasks effectively in a busy environment.
