What you’ll be doing:

Managing a varied portfolio of SME to mid-market clients
Handling renewals, mid-term adjustments (MTAs), and new business
Building long-term relationships with clients, insurers, and colleagues
Using Acturis to process and manage policies efficiently
Offering guidance and support to junior team members

What we’re looking for:

Solid experience in commercial account handling
A confident Acturis user who’s comfortable working independently
Strong communication and client service skills
Broad knowledge across commercial insurance products
