Senior Commercial Business Partner

Broster Buchanan are delighted to be exclusively partnering with a growing, Private Equity Backed organisation based in Leicester who are looking to recruit a Senior Commercial Business Partner, on a permanent basis.

Reporting directly to the Group Finance Manager, this pivotal role sits at the intersection of finance, strategy, and commercial operations. You will be instrumental in shaping our strategic direction through data-driven insights, advanced analytics, and collaborative partnership with senior leadership across the organization.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Qualified Finance Professional who thrives on translating complex financial data into actionable business intelligence, driving performance improvements, and enabling informed decision-making at the highest levels of the organisation.

As a Senior Commercial Business Partner, you will directly contribute to shaping the strategic objectives of the business through:

Business Intelligence Leadership

• Champion the implementation and optimisation of business intelligence tools to deliver dynamic, professional analytics that drive strategic decisions
• Lead the transformation to data-driven decision making by establishing 'one version of the truth' for critical business metrics including client numbers, wins/losses, and client assets
• Design and maintain forward-looking financial models that anticipate market trends and business opportunities

Strategic Analysis & Planning

• Conduct sophisticated analysis of current and historical KPIs including revenue streams and profitability drivers
• Develop comprehensive financial models supporting strategic initiatives for both the Group and it's wider divisions
• Provide executive-level insights through trend analysis, variance investigation, and predictive modelling
• Partner with senior management to evaluate new business opportunities, product launches, and market expansion strategies
• Liaise with different functions and locations to ensure all related revenue is accounted for and revenues have been segregated correctly for analysis.

This exciting, highly commercial role will be suited to a Professionally Qualified individual who possesses advanced proficiency in PowerBI, SQL and other data visualisation tools. They will have proven ability to build complex financial models, conduct sophisticated analysis and have knowledge of statistical analysis and predictive modelling techniques. This role will require exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at a senior level. The Private Equity nature of the organisation will mean that Candidates must have the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
Candidates will have a proven track record of driving business performance improvements, using a collaborative approach.
Previous experience of operating in a fast paced, PE environment will be required, and any experience in wealth management, investment management or financial advisory sectors would be advantageous.

Our Client is offering a Salary of £60,000 - £65,000 + Benefits.
