Salary: up to £80,000

Here at Simpson Judge we are working alongside a well established regional firm looking to bring onboard a Commercial Litigation Senior Associate.

Position Overview:

Our client is seeking a skilled Commercial Litigation Solicitor minimum of 7 year's post qualification experience (PQE) The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in handling complex commercial disputes and a strong understanding of litigation processes.

Our client assists their commercial clients on a full service, but some of the litigious matters that the firm covers includes but is not limited to: shareholder disputes, director disqualification's, insolvency & restructuring, breach of contract, etc.

You:

• Exhibit a proactive approach, professionalism, and a strong focus on client needs.
• Be an effective team player who thrives under pressure and has the ability manage junior fee earners.
• Possess strong advocacy abilities.
• Have effective business development skills and a desire to engage actively in firm-wide initiatives.
