Senior Commercial Property Claims Handler

IPS Group is partnering with a highly respected, well-established global insurer known for its strong presence and excellent reputation in the London market. As part of a strategic move to expand its regional footprint, the business is now building out its UK operations beyond London starting with a significant investment in Birmingham.

This is a key appointment within their UK Commercial Property team, offering a rare opportunity to join a major insurer at the early stages of regional growth. You’ll be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-value commercial property claims typically ranging up to £1 million with a variety of smaller claims, you will have full ownership of cases from first notification through to settlement.

Based in Birmingham, this is a senior, hands-on role with the autonomy to make decisions and the support of a collaborative national team. You’ll work closely with colleagues across the UK, including in London, and play a critical role in shaping the regional claims function as the business continues to grow.

We’re looking for experienced commercial property claims professionals who are confident working independently, bring sound technical expertise, and are keen to be part of a forward-looking insurer expanding into new markets.
