Our client is looking for a solicitor who is client-focused and eager to work with an impressive portfolio of clients. You should have strong negotiation and communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering excellent results.

The ideal candidate will be able to advise and support clients on all Commercial Property matters including Landlord and Tenant, Acquisitions and Sales, Secured Lending, Corporate Support and to be involved in business development.

Commercial Real Estate – Senior Solicitor – 5+ years PQE – Salary up to £100K

As a key member of this dynamic and growing team, you'll handle a broad spectrum of general transactional real estate matters. You'll work alongside some of the industry's top professionals, gaining exposure to a diverse range of clients, including institutions, investors, developers, land owners, and businesses.

The Candidate

• A a minimum of 5 years PQE.
• Good exposure to transactional real estate matters.
• Strong technical ability and legal skills to deal with complex queries.
• Excellent organisation and time management skills are essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
