Job Description

They are looking for a skilled, confident, and self-motivated solicitor to join their busy Commercial Property team. The team works with a wide range of high-quality clients and matters, and has built a strong reputation in the industry. With increasing demand for their services, they are expanding the team.

Key Requirements:

• Ideally a minimum of 5 years’ Post Qualification Experience (flexibility may be considered for candidates with an outstanding background).
• Strong experience across both Commercial and Residential Property.
• Solid technical knowledge.
• Proven ability and interest in business development.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Confidence, self-motivation, and strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in bridging finance is highly desirable.

The Role Will Involve:

• Acting for borrowers in refinancing matters.
• Advising on granting and acquiring leases for both landlords and tenants.
• Acting for developers in site acquisitions, financing, and subsequent sales.
